Prices are based on season and occupancy. We offer special group
rates on request. Resort tax EUR 1,20 per person and day
for ages 14 and up. On demand: breakfast roll and pizza
delivery. Sauna use for a minimal charge, reservations are
required! Charge for final cleaning (up to 4 people) EUR 40,00 up
to 6 people EUR 45,00.
Please note: Bed-clothes at hand,
towels and dishtowels please bring along yourself!!

Additional Important Information:
On arrival day, your apartment is available for check-in after
3:00 p.m. On departure day, we request that you vacate
your apartment by 10:00 a.m. In the event of delayed
arrival or premature departure, we will be obliged to charge the
full daily rate. In all other instances,
Austrian Hotel Regulations will apply. With a deposit of EUR
100 per person, made within 1 week of your booking, your room
reservation will be guaranteed. Your deposit will be forfeited
if you cancel within 8 weeks of arrival. We strongly
recommend taking our
holiday cancellation insurance !
